How to impress your friends (or yourself) with minimum effort? The answer is Dibble Loaded Nachos! This loaded nachos recipe will not only satisfy your dinner guests, they are also a much healthier to snack on thanks to the freshest ingredients and our vegan Dibble Sour Cream. Loaded nachos are the ultimate appetiser and the perfect food for sharing. It’s one of our go to dishes to make or even to order when we’re eating out. The beauty of making this easy loaded nachos recipe is that you can have the complete freedom to add any ingredients to your liking. Love beans? You can add more! Don’t like cilantro? You can simply take them out! Let’s get snacking.

Serves 3-4

Difficulty Easy as!


  • 175 g bag of preferred corn chips

  • 200 g canned black beans

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small shallot, diced

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 200 g medium heat chunky salsa

  • 2 Tbsp Dibble Sour Cream


  • 1 medium avocado (halved and stoned)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 1 tsp coriander, roughly chopped

  • ½ medium tomato, diced

  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice 


  1. In a medium pan, heat the olive oil on medium to high heat with the garlic and shallots. Stir until aromatic.

  2. Add in the black beans and cook for 3-4 minutes with salt and pepper, stirring occasionally.

  3. Place cooked black beans in a bowl and set aside and let cool slightly.

  4. In a small bowl, add the avocados, garlic, oil, salt, pepper, lime juice, coriander, and tomatoes. Mash together with the back of a fork.
  5. Place corn chips on a large plate and top with black beans.
  6. Evenly pour the salsa over the beans and add the guacamole to the centre.
  7. Add Dibble Sour Cream on top of the guacamole.
  8. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Enjoy!
