We believe anyone can #dibbleinsustainability with the smallest step. Promoting sustainability has been a part of our mission from day one. By removing eggs from our condiments, we have massively reduced our water footprint. On top of this, we donate a portion of our profits to plant trees and save our sea turtles. As of February 2020, we have been able to plant a total of 627 trees and saved 2,9111 tonnes of water. Find out more here.
At Dibble, we are constantly innovating and improving our products based on consumer feedback. We use a simple process of heating, cooling, and a mixture of starch, oils, natural proteins and flavours and bind them together to achieve that delicious texture and taste in our products.
Yes, all of our products are free from allergens, gluten, soy, nuts, GMOS, eggs, and dairy.
Absolutely!
We use Aquafaba, which is the leftover water from cooked chickpeas or chickpea brine.
We source the highest quality sunflower oil that's also guaranteed non-GMO. We don't use olive oil because it will impart too much of a strong flavour. When making mayo, you need to use a neutral-tasting oil and we found sunflower oil to be the healthiest and most sustainable oil available.
It is best to refer to the product information on our website as it’s regularly updated. The reason this may not match the ones on the product you’ve purchased would be due to timing of production and distribution.
Our condiments (mayo, garlic aioli and chipotle mayo) are shelf-stable and last 8 months. Once opened, they need to be kept chilled and used within 1 month. Our Sour Cream needs to be kept refrigerated and lasts 3 months.

We use Australian white vinegar.
It depends on your chilli tolerance but it is on the spicier end of the spectrum. If you’re used to eating spicy food, you should be right!
We use a combination of starches and chickpea protein to achieve the smooth texture and a non-dairy lactic acid to mimic the sourness of dairy sour cream!
