We want you to fall in love with every Dibble product you’ve tried so, if within 30 days of delivery you are not 100% happy, you may contact us to receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. Your refund will be processed by us through email confirmation.

All that we ask in return is some constructive feedback so that we can review it and continue to improve our brand.

  2. Acceptable reasons include product faulty, invalid label information, an incorrect product, and the product is significantly different from product images and descriptions.
  3. The original receipt must be attached to the email.
  4. Applies to products purchased on Dibble's online store.
  5. Full refund minus any applicable shipping costs.
  6. For hygiene reasons, Dibble products can’t be returned but please dispose of them responsibly.
